The Papal Encyclical Series - Pope Leo XIII
First of all, welcome to our new subscribers! We gained several subscribers over the past few weeks and I would like to welcome you to the Living Echoes newsletter. I pray our work is edifying for your soul and the souls of your families and friends.
We recently launched sections 10-12 of Chief Duty of Christian Citizens by Pope Leo XIII. You can see it on the Living Echoes YouTube Channel here:
We have finished recording Pope Leo's encyclical in this series, and will be uploading the installments over the next few weeks.
Once the entire encyclical is uploaded, we are going to move on to recording St. Peter Canisius' catechism. Almost nothing is more important today than obtaining a solid Christian education, and the catechism is our foundation as Catholics. A firm knowledge of the basic truths of our faith is most necessary in protecting ourselves from the modernism and indifferentism which pervades our world today. St. Peter's is an especially wonderful catechism, given for the laity, and rich in its explanations while remaining simple and easy to understand. His catechism was published shortly after the conclusion of the Council of Trent in 1563, and is credited with saving half of Germany from falling into Protestantism.
We also have a surprise project in the works that my beautiful wife and I are extremely excited to share; keep your eyes peeled for that when we release it. Please keep us in your prayers, and may God guide us home!
